We had someone in the extended family that worked for Domino's, and they do sometimes run out of fixins'. I'm sure it happens to all the pizza chains from time to time. Can't make pizzas without cheese.

An excellent move on the part of the plaintiffs. I think we all realize that the “race hammer” is getting smaller and smaller (principally because it’s abused so frequently in cases like this) so you’d better get your racial umbrage case before a jury fast!
