I have to wonder about your choice of words. I think it's misleading. ... 'Killing'...'unborn child'....of course this is relevant with the stage of growth of the (fetus) little child. A little child (fetus) that cannot live outside the womb is different from one that can...IMHO. posted by Sungirl
Correct, a little child that can live outside the womb is on a different sort of life support, but both in the womb or out, the little child must have life support or he/she will die. Abortionists perform hired serial killing.
The new law defines the murder once the little child is out of the womb, thus the law defines murder as the act of not giving life support but taking the life of the little child by force (as with the drownings in puke pans or bashing their tiny head on a table edge ... and such has been documented) or neglect. Here's the significance of that: the responsibility of life support has now been defined as starting at live birth; we must continue to fight for the period prior to live birth, for the little child is surely a living, individual entity throughout most (I personally believe all, from implantation onward) of the gestational period.
I think you summed it up in two sentences. It's not really that complicated. Thank you.
