I agree. He is an enviral Senate Poster Boy. He has never seen an enviral anti America/American agenda that he didn't push like no drilling in Alaska for oil. New oil that would reduce our dependence on Opecker Oil.

Then in this case, because if those forests in his home state burn up, it will kill the tourist trade and cost him votes with the moderates. He is the supreme senate hypocrite!
