I would like to point out that the sexual activities you participate in with your husband or wife (as the case may be) are blessed by God and not deviant unless performed outside the bonds of your marriage.

I would generally concur. However, one should never put one's spouse at risk just for the sake of sexual pleasure. That said, I think sodomy would be out as would oral-anal activity. The potential price is too high and the reward is too low.
