Actually is is a DEM no longer. Traficant is running as an independent in the next election...and he will probably win. In fact, he might even get a chance to SERVE once the judicial abuses of his case are brought to light as is already happening.

I like Traficant too, but it seems pretty clear to me that he is in fact guilty of the various bribery and kick-back schemes that he was charged with.
