A 3rd grader could figure out how to manipulate California's absentee voting system and for some reason suspect 100% of these 3rd graders will vote democrat.

"Permanent absentee" = Dead people votes

-- a convenience for someone who doesn't care to go to the neighborhood polling place. Apathetics to damned lazy to make it down the street or around the block. Yah, those are the type of people we want casting votes.

We'll never see a Republican elected in California again. Simon had his chance but the pay phone suit was not the democrats doing.

permanent absentee status ?
Isn't that what Congress and the Clinton administration assumed and pulled on us acts-wise when they were asked to do their duty under the Constitution in the late 90s ?

Absentee ballots sent in by soldiers and sailors however will still be thrown in the garbage.

A single request allows a voter to use absentee ballots indefinitely -- a convenience for someone who doesn't care to go to the neighborhood polling place....or for someone who is illegal...or for someone who wants to register their dog, parrot, and goldfish to vote.....
Just fill in the blanks, sign it, and send it in...and you're immediately registered? No checking to see if you are who you say you are?
Whoever said it's all over was right.
