I'm skeptical, especially with the monetary damages asked for.

I'm not a legal expert, nor claim to be one. This looks like a long shot, IMO

The Emerson Case was done by the Second Amendment Foundation. That's who to ask.

Anyone know offhand the average lifetime of a recently ejaculated sperm cell?

(Student/pupil Hand up): "I do, Professer, if the download is on a little blue Gap dress - that kind of love lasts FOREVER, thanks to DNA science!"

How else was I to communicate the FEAR we ordinary citizens live with every day of our lives of being murdered by a criminal.

Yes, it was a dramatic literary approach to a frightful topic. But, that is all it was when the rest of the text is taken into account.

It falls under First Amendment right of free speech especially when I included disclaimers on that same page. I am legally covered.

I hear the weather in Leavenworth is rather hot in the summer.

..and the Clintons - bof' of them - being on the overweight, cellulitic side, do NOT like hot weather.....the future does not portend well for them.

"the Coast Guard pulled my off a government-contracted U.S. merchant vessel"
"When the Coast Guard denied my the first time"

It's spelled me, and yes, spelling counts. BTW, your application of the Dred Scott case to yours is a bit sketchy - the only distinction the court made in that case was that whites were free citizens and blacks were slaves. Good luck with your efforts to extort $10 million from the American taxpayers who had nothing to do with your "suffering".

All I know about suing the government is that first you have to sue for the right to sue! At least that is what my lawyer, Mr. Areti, says. He's Japanese, maybe you know him--Sosume Areti?

Good luck to you. Unfortunately we got a lot of failed comedians, grouchy senior citizens, alcoholics, nicotine fiends and misfits at this website. That's all who's left ever since the animal molesters and child molesters were run off.

BTW> Are you posting from some internet cafe in Lithuania?

I am in Jacksonville, FL jockeying for a 30-day relief job at the union hall so as to be ready for court appearances in Washington DC.

NOT SKETCHY AT ALL!

Dred Scott case:

". It would give to persons of the negro race, who were recognised as citizens in any one State of the Union, the right to enter every other State whenever they pleased, singly or in companies, without pass or passport, and without obstruction, to sojourn there as long as they pleased, to go where they pleased at every hour of the day or night without molestation, unless they committed some violation of law for which a white man would be punished; and it would give them the full liberty of speech in public and in private upon all subjects upon which its own citizens might speak; to hold public meetings upon political affairs, and to keep and carry arms wherever they went."

We, of today, cannot keep and carry arms whereever we go." That makes us slaves to the State and Federal governments.

That is plain enough.

It's a bimodal distribution: most, not very long; some, 70-80 years.

You have a constitutional right to openly carry a gun without a license or permit, across statelines in interstate travel for personal security and for the security of a free state. i'm no '2nd Amendment type', but guess you're aware that, legally, a non-MD civilian cannot drive thru MD on I-95 w/ a handgun in the vehicle.

Are you kidding me? You are trying to pan off misspelling your SCREEN NAME during the registration process as a mere run of the mill typo?

Here's what I see; You have failed in all administrative appeals to carry a weapon on a ship leased to the USMC that carries weapons and munitions required to fight the next war of this nation. That fact to me has bearing on your case. This is not a banana frieghter. Your letter to the USCG CPT was threatning in tone and therefore showed poor judgement. You may very well have the right under the 2d. Do you think that the CPT took into account your basic charcter traits of honesty, courtesy, tact, cooperation, integrety, dependability, etc. when he denied your request? Whos judgement are you willing to accept? Could you be perceived as a threat to the safety and security of a national defense asset? Good Luck.

Loose lips sink ships.- All your e-mails tell me way too much about the comings and goings of this vessel.

Sorry but I think the war on terror has precluded your right to carry a firearm aboard a merchant ship.
