Thanks for the post. I believe there has been a more recent update, sometime this year but, It does not say much more than this article. This Link has a little more detail but it is from 2001 also. I'm getting a little frustrated with these guys.

Then again, it could have been built while under water...

I can take you to a spot in Nevada where there are sea creature fossil at 8,500 feet elevation. So I don’t believe that 2,100 feet below sea level is impossible. I do want more evidence of this find though.
