WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The movement of trucks and missiles inside Iraq has U.S. officials wondering if the nation is preparing for a U.S. military action, sources have told CNN.

On Wednesday, sources said, a convoy of trucks moved into what the United States suspects to be an Iraqi biological weapons facility, raising concerns about what new activity might be taking place there.

"Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"

My sentiments exactly.

Of course it's summer in Bagdhad and that desert gets hot.

Auuughh! It's hot at Ft. Benning, too! We send fols through basic training there in the summer do we not? I know it's not desert heat, but it's pretty dang blistering! And we have night fighters and bombers, infra-red for the ground troops for night ops, and air-conditioning.

The heat issue is bullcrappus!

LOL! My thought exactly. I think CNN ought to send Christianne Amanpour over to Iraq to check this out. Be sure to take your flak jacket and chembio suit!

Then let's go already. I'm thinking it's got to be the desert summer heat or the November elections that keep us from rolling right now.

The difference being; that at Ft. Benning training can be (and is curtailed) if the "wet-bulb" temperature is too high. Besides there is a lot of shade under those Georgia pines. Ain't no shade in Iraq, unless it's under a burned out tank.

SCOUTS OUT!

Bernie Shaw didn't even buy that one. LOL! You KNOW your lie is a really bad one when even the liberals don't believe it.

True enough, and thanks for the details. As I said, though, we have superior fighting abilities during the witching hours.

As for the burned out tanks, let's get some from Saddam. Start a cottage industry in the things.

There is no way to know exactly what was in the trucks, sources said.

Best to bomb them, just in case.

"I got yer' meat plant, right here's yer' meat plant!"

President Andrew Dice Clay & VP Rodney Dangerfield

Let's kick a$$ & be humorous, you know they can't take it there (ever seen a muslim "stand-up"?)

Oh OK. Just to be on the safe side, maybe we should just bomb them until November or December.

[On Wednesday, sources said, a convoy of trucks moved into what the United States suspects to be an Iraqi biological weapons facility, raising concerns about what new activity might be taking place there.

The Iraqis have said it is a meat processing plant.]

Another explaination: Due to the continuously rising wealth and quality of life of the Iraqi people, the government had to dramatically increase the production of meat.

At 110-130 degrees I don't see how GIs in full battle gear can survive in that desert unless we have developed cooled battle suits or something.
