Other published writings by Hyland blame Israel for the Palestinian terrorists and liken the Israeli government to Hitler's Germany. Elashi himself was arrested in February as a result of government terrorism investigations. He was indicted on 39 federal counts in April stemming from illegal shipments of electronics, computer hardware, and communications equipments to locations in Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, and other locations throughout the Middle East. A number of the shipments occured after an export ban was imposed upon his company during the investigation. The charges included money laundering and the illegal exports he made to known terrorist states. Elashi pled guilty to the charges on June 17, 2002 and faces sentencing this September with a 50 year maximum penalty plus over $1 million in fines. His conviction is listed on the web site of the United States Department of Justice and the United States Commerce Department's Bureau of Export Administration, the agency that enforces export laws pertaining to national security and anti-terrorism matters. Press releases detailing Elashi's guilty plea in anti-terrorism export charges may be found by clicking on the links to both agencies.
Ishan Elashi's business dealings also extend to Infocom Corporation, in which he is an affiliate and his brother Ghassan Elashi is the principle. Infocom, a former web service provider for almost exclusively Islamic sites ranging from Al Jazeera television to the Holy Land Foundation, was raided last September under an investigation by the government's North Texas Joint Terrorism Task Force (source). Infocom's assets were frozen after it recieved a $250,000 money transfer from Elashi's cousin Nadia Marzook, the wife of Hamas Political Bureau leader Mousa Abu Marzook. Among the Elashi family members who own Infocom are affiliates of the Islamic Association for Palestine (which was founded by Marzook). Other affiliations of the Elashi's and many other Democrat donors include the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR. The Elashis are also the main officials of the Richardson, TX based Holy Land Foundation - another group that had its assets frozen in a post 9/11 probe. President Bush announced the order against the HLF, which was recently sustained in court, stating the charges against it: "The Holy Land Foundation is registered with the IRS as a tax-exempt charity based in Richardson...Money raised by the Holy Land Foundation is used by Hamas to support schools and indoctrinate children to grow up into suicide bombers." ADD TO IT IF YOU KNOW OTHER DEMS WHO TOOK TERRORIST AND TERRORIST-SUPPORTER CAMPAIGN CASH!
Lieberman called for more Palestinian immigration into the USA while declaring he would filibuster drilling in ANWR.
Sandra Feldman has called for Sami Al-Arian to go back to teaching in his South Florida classroom.
Bob Smith, who is now recieving campaign contributions from the Palm Beach County, FL area and Loral CEO Bernard Schwartz has reversed himself and now opposes Alaskan drilling.
How the Clinton administration helped al-Qaida in the Balkans From Accuracy In Media BIN LADEN GATE
I think he's talking about the current NH Senator Bob Smith unless there's a Bob Smith that's governor or something elsewhere.
Unfortunately the NH senator's GOP primary challenger is himself unacceptable from the campaign cash perspective. It's GOP congressman John Sununu and he's one of a small number of Republicans who regularly recieves campaign cash from the same Islamic radicals as McKinney et al above.
One of Sununu's donors is this Alamoudi fellow who has been giving him checks for several cycles. I think Sununu did return the most recent one from the current cycle in light of the exposure Alamoudi's recieved over McKinney and Hitlery. But there were several others on Sununu's list that matched McKinney's list.
Are you sure they aren't the Cubans? If I were in Smith's shoes that's where I'd be raising money, cause he went down there and fought for them during the Elian Gonzales thing at the same time Sheila Jackson Lee was working for Castro's side.
Democrats want Smith to win his primary for the same reason Republicans want Reno to win hers.
This is becoming a bizzare election year. In Alabama, hundreds of Republicans crossed over and voted for Yusuf Salaam, a Black Muslim, in a statehouse primary (Salaam won, by 138 votes).

America hating B%$&*@.
Did Bonior win or lose the primary for Gov.?
Oh, my, LL/Voegelin, you almost slipped this one by me. WHAT purge of black Democrats? In the Earl Hilliard-Artur Davis race, both candidates are black. In the Cynthia McKinney-Denise Majette race, both candidates are black. In the first race, Hilliard, the pro-Palestinian, pro-Arab candidate lost to Davis. Of course, that might be because Hilliard ran a lousy campaign & brought in Al Sharpton. In the McKinney-Majette race, the election isn't until Tuesday, with the last available pollling showing Majette slightly ahead. Of course, with McKinney awash in radical Islamic money, and with a visit from Louis Farrakhan for her, who knows how that race is going turn out.
If you can cite any other examples of "purging black Democrats," please do so.

Actually, I think LarryLied/Voegelin has a problem with the Jooos having money in the first place ;).
As for purging: I find it extremely odd that FR has such a problem with purging this antisemite.
He seems to think Americans of any stripe (including Jews) do not have the right to stand up against that sort of mischief.
And it bothers him when the GOP courts Jewish votes. I think The Reform Party is more his style.
I find it even more odd that LL/Voegelin talks about "purging black Democrats" when the opposing candidates in the Hilliard and McKinney races are also black. Is it that Larry is doing the same thing the Hilliard and McKinney camps are doing: that if you aren't pro-Palestinian, pro-Arab, pro-Farrakhan, far-left Congressional Black Caucus-type, you aren't considered to be black?
Now there's a coincidence. Wasn't that insane freak Martin Lindstedt involved with them?
I seem to remember they had a minor flap going with having to throw a few all-too-blatant Nazis overboard ;).
Yeah those types do tend to stink up the room wherever they go. :)
Heh. You may find this post of his on LF somewhat illuminating ;).

Quote: As I'm sure you know, the true-believer progressives are saying the exact same thing. They are even more alienated from the Democratic Party than conservatives are from the Republican. And that will increase as AIPAC has made it clear it has veto power over which Blacks will be allowed to run in general elections. In Alabama, hundreds of conservatives crossed over to vote for an African-American Muslim Democrat in a statehouse primary. In Florida, New Hampshire Senator Bob Smith is raising money from Jewish Clinton-Gore supporters. We live in interesting times. |
Actually, you can at any time follow LarryLied in stereo, sort of. One thread here on FR, one thread on LF. The LF thread a little bit more manic, a little cruder, with "hymie" stuff thrown in.
A disgrace to Free Republic.
WASHINGTON -- Several contributors to Rep. Cynthia McKinney's campaign are among the alleged "enablers of terrorism" named in the $1 trillion lawsuit filed this week by families of some Sept. 11 victims.
The suit seeks damages from the "financial sponsors of terror" who "hide behind the facade of legitimacy." Among these alleged terrorist financiers are several individual supporters of McKinney. Among the corporate defendants is a Gainesville poultry firm.
The federal suit was filed Thursday by more than 600 relatives of people who died in the terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania. The amount sought was amended to $1 trillion from an earlier $100 trillion.
"The financial resources and support network of these defendants -- charities, banks and individual financiers -- are what allowed the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, to occur," the lawsuit charges.
Among the defendants are:
Mar-Jac Poultry Inc., a Gainesville firm that the lawsuit claims has links to Saudi supporters of Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaida terrorist network.
Abdurahman Alamoudi, who contributed $2,000 to McKinney's campaign. The lawsuit says Alamoudi has "openly stated his support for Hamas and Hezbollah, both designated terrorist organizations." Alamoudi is secretary of the Success Foundation, which the lawsuit charges is part of the International Islamic Relief Organization, which is "al- Qaida's charity of choice to funnel money and weapons."
Mohamed S. Omeish, who contributed $500 to McKinney's campaign. The suit says Omeish is president of the U.S. branch of the Islamic Relief Organization.
Yaqub Mirza, president of Mar-Jac Investments, who also gave $500 to McKinney's campaign. He is secretary-treasurer of the Muslim World League, an organization named as a defendant in the lawsuit. "The MWL has numerous connections with al-Qaida operatives," the lawsuit alleges.
Jamal Barzinji, a Mar-Jac Investments manager, who gave $500 to McKinney's campaign. Barzinji is president of SAAR Foundation, another organization named as a defendant in the lawsuit. "The SAAR Network financially supports terrorism and its main contributors, the al-Rajhi Family, has a long history of same," the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit said the "co-conspirators, aiders and abettors of the al-Rajhi family" include Mar-Jac Poultry Inc. The al-Rajhi family was included among the Saudi Arabian financiers of bin Laden.
Ahmad Totonji, who contributed $1,000 to McKinney's campaign. The lawsuit lists him among the "co-conspirators, aiders and abettors of the SAAR Network."
The lawsuit defendants who contributed to McKinney's campaign could not be reached Friday and did not respond to telephone messages. Telephone calls on Friday to the McKinney campaign were not returned. The congresswoman faces former DeKalb County State Court Judge Denise Majette in the 4th District Democratic primary Tuesday.
Is it that Larry is doing the same thing the Hilliard and McKinney camps are doing: that if you aren't pro-Palestinian, pro-Arab, pro-Farrakhan, far-left Congressional Black Caucus-type, you aren't considered to be black?
It's always about the Jews....
LOL.
Actually, to get a good eye-opener on LarryLied, go to LibertyForum and follow the posts of his alter ego, "Voegelin".
For those unfamiliar with "Voegelin", he is LarryLied. That was at first an obvious thing due to more or less identical posts here and on LF. Then, he was so kind as to post his email address on the Voegelin profile. After he was "unmasked" as Voegelin, he removed his mail address from LibertyForum.
However: I have in my archive two profile pages. See, after he put his address on LibertyForum, he put it on FreeRepublic. And the timestamps on the pages here reflects that fact.
Now, I'm gonna give you a graphic example of what "Voegelin" is all about. Hold your nose:

That's shocking about the Israeli white slave trade.
Why do I even bother talking to you ! People like you and Laconas don't believe a thing I say. What's worst - you don't even tear up. |

It is tough love Skunkie. What you do to a snotty five year old brat who keeps getting picked on by other kids. You don't coo over him and tell him how unjust it all is. You tell him to stop being an obnoxious brat.
So, according to LarryLied/Voegelin, all this gassing stuff was just "tough love". Skunk is banned here, and has been banned through about 20 incarnations. LarryLied/Voegelin, his pal, is untouchable.
How can we arrange to have the mothership pick up LarryLied too? LOL!!!
Well, even nastier for the fact that the thread wasn't about israel or Jews in the first place, but about an Australian woman raped by some Lebanese immigrants. But as you know, where LarryLied or Skunk gets in, nothing is about anything but Jews.
A sad verdict over LibertyForum: there seems to be a broad consensus there that Skunk is the guy that really gives the place "class". A sad verdict over Free Republic: LarryLied/Voegelin can freely post the stuff that when quoted is enough to get a thread pulled for antisemitic content.

-Louis D. Brandeis (Supreme Court Justice, 1916-1939)
The time has come for Georgia's greatest political embarrassment, Cynthia McKinney, to return to the private sector where she can no longer cast shame on our great state and nation.
McKinney is a loose cannon. Her behavior since taking office, both in and out of the news, shows that she will say and do ANYTHING. She is without peer for making unsupportable claims and bringing dishonor to her constituents.
McKinney's recent political gaffes include ASKING Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin-Talal (after the September 11th tragedy) for his $10 Million check, after New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani rejected the "conditional" contribution.
This unbelievably callous act pales by comparison to her more recent assertions that President Bush did not act to stop September 11th (after the CIA reported a generic rumor of a possible airline hijacking--nothing more and no specifics), because a war on terrorism would be good for President Bush's (and former President George W. Bush's) wealthy military friends.
Outrageous! Scandalous! Senator Zell Miller has even publicly described McKinney's statements as "loony," and "disgraceful," undoubtedly mirroring the private sentiments of a great majority of people across Georgia and across the United States. In light of McKinney's comments and public behavior, it is most interesting to follow the money to discern exactly who is pouring funds into her campaign coffers.
Cynthia must go.
They have a guestbook you can sign. :))
And also very interesting to see who are running all around cyberspace howling maniacal support for her and her "Fruit of Islam" (a seemingly criminal organization) goons.
