It was buried in a CBS NEWS story about OBL getting chemical weapons. The judge at the terrorist sentencing said that there was enough cyanide gas to kill everyone in the north tower if it had gotten into the ventalation system. This is the first I have heard of this.. Anyone else know anyhting about it?

its the 3rd story 5-6 minutes into the broadcast for you west coast freepers.

consider this: if a bio attack happened, one which was covert, the media would spin it as otherwise.

west nile virus, etc?

mmmm.....chemtrails....

I've heard this before. I guess the media has a short memory. That's why I can't understand the big deal over the CNN dog video.

Yes. Been known for some time. It was my understanding that the explosion cooked it nice and good, rendering it harmless.

I'll bet the dog was actually exposed to a lethal dose (i.e. 3-5 mins) of the non-stop liberal bilge from CNN. The poor hound took the easy way out and offed himself to end his pain. Or he just laughed himself to death at the their idiocy...

Yup. This was used at the time as evidence that the bombers were unclear on the concept.

Such a big deal over a dog. Don't we kill animals testing drugs and weapons every day?

This was reported at the time but did not get the attention it deserved. As I recall the investigators said the explosion effectively destroyed the poison.

yes, but slathering bunnies in contagion and infecting kittens with HIV is not the same as exposing puppies to dangerous....oh, wait....(snicker)

I imagine people are most disturbed because that puppy was CUTE! Al-KayDuh should have used an ugly animal. There wouldn't be such a fuss.

Yeah
heard it before
If it would have worked carnage would have been worse than 911 but and Clinton would have been FORCED to act

That is what is much BS about this .cause it didn't work nothing was done

This was what I heard from my tour guide when our bus drove by the WTC last year. One week later the buildings were gone. That was the first time that I saw them (although we did not go in).

My photos of the WTC weren't even back until after the buildings were gone.

Yep. I heard a lady say that her boss (in a local government position) had told her
in the past:
"If we hold hearing about child abuse, hardly anyone will show up. If we hold
a hearing about animal welfare, the place will be packed."

Actually, I was happy to hear CNN was airing this footage, even if they are
just going for the ratings.
Seeing a dog killed by terrorists will mobilize a lot of people that might
have been only modestly upset over 9-11.

A terrible thought, but my gut tells me that it's true.

Nope. People are upset because the intent of using the chemicals on the dogs was to perfect the technique in order to kill Americans and other PEOPLE.

The reaction would not have been as strong, nor the circulation so wide, had the video depicted the gassing of a knock-kneed, balding, fly-ridden goat wallowing in it's own dung and that is my issue with this shameful puppy pity party. Yes the film is horrible, but the horrible threat was real long before this footage came to light. why do we wait around for an emotional excuse to hate and react against these guys. That is about the worst thing for us to be doing right now and the best illustration of how completely neutered this country has become.

The american public today is coddled and condescended to in a manner reminiscent of the women in the 18th century. And apparently, we deserve it. We've all gone fainty and weepy over this puppy when brutality like this should come as absolutely no surprise. But it was cute, so NOW it's time to get mad. Now it's time to steel ourselves and confront this threat. NOW? It's been a long time coming....too long.
