Nice pic of a nice tight formation. Looks like about one, maybe two rotor disk separation.

Actually we didn't feel like it was tight until we overlapped rotor disks and could read the other guys oil pressure gauge.

I just saw the DVD. What a movie!! It was incredible!! We watched it once, then watched it again tonight. It's so intense, you have to watch it at least twice, to pick up on everything that's going on. The cast was great, & Mel Gibson was outstanding.( He desrves the oscar for best actor, & best film too, but I won't hold my breath for this to happen, knowing lib hollyweird.) It's such a great tribute to you, who have served our country. It's about time Hollywood made a movie respectful of soldiers. It helps us in the next generations to understand & appreciate what Vietnam Veterans went through. I have a good friend who served as a medic there. (It gave me chills to see the scenes whith medics in them)He has never talked too much about what it was like , even when I've asked him about it. I can understand why now. How can you put what happened there into words? This movie does explain it in an excellent way.

I thought you guys might like to take a look at this. Two of the uniform shirts Mel Gibson wore in the movie are on Ebay.
