What she was apparently implying was that if ANYONE had to have been blown up, the New York Times Building was far less of a loss and I don't think most Americans would dispute that. Liberals bring on their own suffering for the most part and richly deserve it. The people who don't deserve liberal generated suffering are th balance of the poor schlubs in this country who are the preponderant victims of it.
