Fox ought to concentrate on fixing his own wretched country rather than trying to dump his unskilled invading hordes off on his neighbors. This is outrageous. War ought to be declared on Mexico.

War ought to be declared on Mexico. Mexico has already covertly declared war on us. They are silently invading us and replacing our culture and language and draining our resources. They are doing this without guns, but with our own willing politicians and other special interest groups.

What is even more outrageous about this is the loud, offended screams that come from Mexico if the U.S. even suggests a change in their country's domestic policy. Suddenly they're a sovereign nation and we have no right to opine, let alone attempt to influence Mexican government's decisions. The Mexican consuls in cities such as Houston, LA, Phoenix and Chicago are notorious for meddling in U.S. domestic politics and policy -- a no no in any diplomatic situation. They definitely need slapping down. They think because we've let them reoccupy the southwest that they have a say in our laws and culture. Time to hit back.

Note to Presidente Fox, You can't lobby Gov. Davis he requires cold hard cash. Donate 1,000,000$ to his campaign and he will gladly do anything you want.

Mexican President Vicente Fox spoke by phone to Gov. Gray Davis yesterday, urging him to approve a law that would allow immigrants to apply for driver licenses in the state.
Too bad we Californians don't have the kind of access to Governor Davis that Presidente Fox does.

The time has come for the United States military to invade and occupy Mexico and to set up a modern, efficient, 21st century type of government to replace the corrupt, elitist 19th century type of government that currently exists in Mexico. What is needed is a Marshall Plan for Mexico.

Fox isn't foxxy enough to get any traction with this crap.
Every illegal, Mexican or other, needed to be herded up and sent back to Mexico that helped them get into our country.

I have so utterly had it with this pissant Fox that I am likely to vote for the first person that finally puts him in his place.

Don't understand the issue. Immigrants can and do apply for and obtain driver's licenses! It is the illegal criminals who break into our country and steal our resources who are not allowed to obtain the rights and priveleges of those who are here legally. Maybe Fox is taking some of the drugs that his military trucks across the border for the Mexican drug lords who are the true rulers of Mexico.

The law, known as the Cedillo bill after its sponsor, Assemblyman Gil Cedillo, would allow an immigrant applying for citizenship or permanent residency to obtain a driver licenseI don't understand this issue. Wouldn't that driver's license be de facto citizenship if it didn't identify the bearer as a citizen of another country? Couldn't they go to another state and get jobs, loans, and housing and no one would know they weren't citizens? Wouldn't it make becoming a citizen less important? Seems like what you could end up with is some corrupt DMV people handing these licenses out to whomever they wanted.
Come to think of it, does a person have to speak and read English to get a US driver's license? If not, why not?
I would hope any illegals that try to get a license are deported...probably not, huh?

Assemblyman Gil Cedillo, would allow an immigrant applying for citizenship or permanent residency to obtain a driver licenseWhat the heck is "permanent residency" anyway? If someone is going to be here permanently, shouldn't they be citizens? If they can't be citizens, shouldn't there be a date when they go home? Is just another way around the laws?
I ask you, TF, because you seem to have more information about this outrageous stuff than anyone else.
But, please, if anyone knows about this, fill us in.

I hope there comes a day when politicans who legislate against their own people in favor of illegal activities and illegal immigrants will be held accountable.
To: Tancredo Fan
Did Fox mention anything about his illegals carrying liability insurance. They already drive --not many bother getting insurance, why should they? Americans can pay for everything in their minds.

Here's another group of mis-guided citizens who just need to hear from you that there is no illegal immigrant problem.
