Alow-slung Mitsubishi Eclipse, with its tricked-out muffler rattling like a hornet's nest, glided up the crest of the Osbourne Turnpike overpass over the Pocahontas Parkway.
A tinted window hummed as it lowered to reveal a pounding bass beat.
"Dude, are you dudes looking for ghosts?" asked one of the four teenage boys wedged inside the cramped sports car.

This is just a few miles from where I live. I just think it's interesting that NOW the police are concerned. Perhaps they should've been concerned BEFORE their spokesman said "the noises are real..."
maybe they did it on purpose, just trying to get free advertisement for the new road. Sorry you have to put up with the mess, it is a nice quiet area out there. It should get better, I think the hubbub will die down when the weather cools off and the kids go back to school (unless maybe the Civil War ghosts decide to come out too and get things stirred up again.)
I'm not that close, but I am in Chesterfield. It's not like it keeps me up at night.
