I know, Joe. I was scratching my head over that statement myself. My bumper sticker says "I Smoke And I Vote." And I never EVER miss an election!

Joe, I fear he may be right that smokers are less likely to vote. I've definitely seen such figures, but can't put my finger on them right now. We plan to change that, though, don't we?
