The Israeli Police is due to begin distribution of an informative pamphlet helping the public identify potential suicide bombers and car bombs. Security officials had delayed publicizing this type of information in the past, in fear that terrorist organizations would change the habits and characteristics of the suicide bombers they dispatch on their missions.
The police pamphlet, entitled "Terror: only together we can stop it," will be given to teachers and kindergarten staff to help them instruct students and young children how to identify suspicious people and objects. The pamphlet includes a series of instructions explaining what citizens should do in the event of a terror attack, Yediot Aharonot reported today.
This describes about half the people in DC, especially around City Hall, Union Station, Dupont Circle and points North East.
Israeli citizens have already foiled suicide attacks. They know what to do with a suicide bomber: Don't wait for police. Double-tap the SOB in the head.
Americans could learn a lot from Israeli citizens...
Any technoFReepers wanna weigh in on that one?
