A meaningless State College, PA newspaper

Indeed, State College is an island of liberals in the central PA sea of conservatism. For those who don't know, it's a college town (PSU), most of whose residents are attached to the University. I used to cover the borough council meetings as a journalism major at PSU and I saw firsthand how the libs hold sway in everything.
