Police find cocaine on Florida Governor Bush's daughter By MIKE BRANOM Associated Press Writer ORLANDO -- Gov. Jeb Bush's daughter was found with cocaine at a rehabilitation center where she is undergoing drug treatment, police said Tuesday.
Police were called to the Center for Drug Free Living in Orlando late Monday, where workers gave them a substance they said they found on Noelle Bush, 25, Police Sgt. Orlando Rolon said.
The workers told police that the two grams of powder tested positive for cocaine, but police didn't immediately arrest her because they couldn't obtain a sworn statement that she was in possession of cocaine, Rolon said.
The investigation will continue, said Rolon, who added that police hadn't interviewed Noelle Bush as of Tuesday morning.
Possession of any amount of cocaine is a felony, said police.
She was arrested in January at a Tallahassee pharmacy drive-through window for allegedly trying to buy the anti-anxiety drug Xanax with a fraudulent prescription.
In July, Noelle Bush was found to be in contempt of court because a worker at the treatment center found her carrying prescription pills. A judge sent her to jail for three days.
Obvious to who? You? Simply enjoying something does not a problem make. Treatment is jail when it is not voluntary. When it is voluntary, then it is like weight watchers. Its your choice to either stay on of hop off.
As far as not arresting her, they can't if they didn't see the offense and no one would sign a statement that they saw it. They didn't even test to see if there was an offense, that is if the substance found was cocaine.
That said, it's probably true that she had cocaine, she seems to be on quite a downward spiral. If it was an alcholic rehab place, would anybody be surprised that if one of the "clients" managed to get some hooch?
For the good of the country I'll volunteer to spank W's daughters.
No twisting. Here is what you said:
Whew, don't you think her life is already ruined and her "property" went to the buying of your precious drugs.
in response to this:
Nice weasel. Lock her in jail, throw away the key, ruin her life, seize whatever property she owns, and make her a pariah. This is what you Wodders want, this is what you Wodders should get
Does this new attitude of your extend to everybody?
Since this offence appears to have been committed by a member of his family, it will now be absolutely impossible for the governor to take up this cause, even if he wanted to. It would be seen as his making law for his family's benefit.
1) A Rehab center full of dopers, not the nicest of people
2) A rehab center dependent on some sort of Govt subsidy or do gooder contributor that abhors conservatives,
3) A state that defeated the Democrats chosen successor to Clintoon
4) A motive to discredit the Govenor just before election time
5) A motive to discredit the President just before a major declaration
Maybe she did possess the cocain, maybe its time to turn the conspiracy tables onto the other side for a change.
Drugs take people like guns kill.
Possibly. On the other hand, if Clinton had ever showed a sense of personal responsibility, had declined to gleefully answer questions about his past use of drugs and not publicly stated his willingness to use them again on a major cable channel catering to young people, then maybe the reaction would have been pretty much the same.
Very christian remark. Pray for yourself, ask forgiveness.

Yeah, people look terrible after they have been incarcerated.
Why should I? She's not my daughter. What a person looks like is their own buisness. What do you want? The beauty police? It's a little thing called "consequences of your actions." Most conservatives like to say it. I actually have the stomach for it.
The cops didn't find her in possession of cocaine, there is no chain of evidence or control of the cocaine....
This is nonsense--it could even be a political dirty trick.
Get in line, pal.
Actually he didn't escape from rehab, the hooker and the drugs were available IN rehab, in my county.
