I'll admit I'm extremely put off by the characterizing of them as somehow not with the program simply for their electing to remain as-is...Interesting. Do you have a link?
Thanks.

I knew you were being disengenous with your first post feigning ignorance. It's obvious you just want to stir things up.
To: Senator Pardek
I hope this is the final chapter on all of that silliness. You posted this at 4:24 this afternoon.
Final chapter didn't even last two hours!

"I'm in Northeast Mississippi. Where do I fit in? " How far are you from the Little Rock area? We have the majority of our Arkansas chapter meetings in that area.
To: RonPaulLives
There was a group meeting in Louisville. You might ask One Particular Harbor what's up with that one. Not sure how he spells his handle. I can't seem to ping him. Can somebody help me out here?
To: sweetliberty
I was in on the only two meetings in Louisville that I know of. As for One_Particular_Harbour, that's the $10,000 Question. He disappeared, and all we know is what xsmommy told us, which is that he is leaving FR because problems at home.
To: RonPaulLives
I hate hearing that. He makes valuable contributions to the forum. Gosh, with all the FReepers in Louisville, I should look some of y'all up next time I get up there to see my dad. I actually did meet Wattsup a couple of times.

"My goal is to eventually have one or more chapters in every county of the country." Wow. That is quite an ambitious and noble goal. What we really need is a Free Republic bumper sticker. Budge has a great one. Any chance of getting some more done?
FreeTheSouth! also made the suggestion that we work towards having a booth at the fair and such events and even having a couple of terminals set up to get people interested in FR. What about some paper literature?

I'm praying that will be the last of the fly-bys. You are doing excellent work organizing the Leadership Council and working with the individual chapters.
Lets hope we can get back to the topic of this thread by assisting those who are interested in forming local chapters and joining our national efforts.

I did everything I could to rally the troops in the Buffalo area. It just never got rolling, we had one meeting and that was it. I have sinced moved to Virginia but, before I left I tried to get someone to take over the reins and have another meeting. Out of the 30+ people involved only one responded to the e-mail I sent out.
It's no wonder the Buffalo area is the dire straits.
Now that I am close to the DC Chapter I will be hanging with them.
DC is calling my name, and I live to close to pass it up.
Born Free and plan to stay that way!!

Save for the one chapter too stupid and non-sensical, I guess, to realize Unity is the only way to get anything accomplished ... regardless the evidence to the contrary that is their own record of the past several years. Of course, nobody from the Network has said anything negative about the DC chapter on this thread. But what might daunt a lesser polemicist poses little difficulty for the legendary Askel Wormtongue.
The technique is simplicity itself -- just post a few choice insults yourself, and pretend the Network did it.
It's all in the name of ending the sniping and cheap shots, of course...
To: diotima
No one's reputation was harmed, a series apodictic and factual statements were made on my part. Only your hemenuetic [sic]
legerdemain renders my statements harmful to anyone's reputation. While the jury is still out on whether Askel5 is sincere in her quest I do wish to criticize your use of hermeneutic in conjunction with legerdemain. You're kind of mixing the spiritual with the occult and that always makes me shiver...and think of covens.
And that is all I have to say on this matter.
