I have just learned this morning from a member of the SSAF team in the Middle East, that if we strike Baghdad, Saddam Hussein is threatening to strike Las Vegas.
The story is out of Egypt and our contact is working on a translation which I hope to have later today. I'll be away on business all day but hope to post it tonight.

At this point, all it would take is a threat like that to come from a real, attributable source in Iraq's gov't, and the President would turn that entire nation to glass. I'm not saying anything about your sources, just that if it were from one of those lying POS Iraqi's the press would believe it.
