Fun loving first daughter Barbara bush made the scene at crystal queen Nadja Swarovski's dinner for wunderkind designer Zac Posen at Mr. Chow on Thursday night. She danced up a storm until 2a.m. with some college pals and swilled several glasses of white wine while her tank top straps slipped off to reveal a bit of lacy black bra. No one asked for ID and her Secret Service detail was nowhere to be seen. SEAN Lennon and his wild-child gal pal Bijou Phillips made the scene at crystal queen Nadja Swarovski's dinner for wunderkind designer Zac Posen at Mr. Chow Thursday night. Natalie Portman, k.d. lang, James King and "Die Hard 2" director Renny Harlin were also on hand at the bash. Phillips tripped over some speaker wire at one point and nearly knocked DJ Marc Ronson off his platform. Later, she and Posen drew applause for their raucous rap-style dirty dancing.

Sigh. Is November really that long to wait for Barbara? That is what I don't get. This isn't about bashing the twins. However, after Noelle just getting in trouble again, ya would think that Jenna and Barbara would at least lay low until their 21st birthdays in 2 months and not drink in public.

I don't care if they drink as much white wine as they feel like until then, just do it at home, not at celebrity parties. The elections are in November. Why don't they go throw a big old post election bash and get publically snockered then?

Assuming this is true, I'm sick of these shennanigans. The girls are about the most fortunate 20 year olds in the world. They really should be setting an example...that's one of the things we all craved after eight years of the Clinton White House.

I could understand if Chelsea needed to escape (but she wasn't this scandal-ridden through college) but the twins? What's their excuse?

Somebody should caution the girls (from the sounds of things, particularly Barbara) Children of an alcoholic should be very, very careful with the booze. And a parent with a past drinking problem should do all they can to stop their children.

Same here. If I had to call Bill Clinton "dad" or Hillary my mom, I'd be drunk all the time too. It's a little harder to understand when someone comes from a good background though when they act like this.

I did the hardest drinking of my life the month before I turned 21, I don't even remember most of that month I drank so much. Then came the birthday party which involved lots of drinking, then I didn't drink for like 3 months, it lost a lot of its appeal once it was legal. Part of what makes it fun for those "under age" (still one of the most moronic laws on the books) is that it's "bad", not only do they get the fun of the booze they get the fun of rebelliousness, of defying authority.
