It still is a Max facility. The prisoners are in their cells
23 hours a day. I know some guards who work there. This guy must have been a trouble maker at some other prison, to end up there.

Maybe Fahmy (sp?) Malek has transferred to NY. 'Course they've also made use of that goober from Virginia who took care of the Foster autopsy and the creep from OK who let the Branch Davidians' bodies turn into soup. Is he the one who did double duty on MacDougal in the Texas prison... Oh well, I guess it doesn't really matter; they've got plenty of "skilled" people to take care of whatever needs taking care of.
