PLEASE JOIN NEW JERSEY RIGHT TO LIFE FOR A PRO-LIFE RALLY ON THURSDAY, MAY 12, 2005 AT 1 P.M. AT THE STATEHOUSE IN TRENTON TO PROTEST ACTING GOVERNOR CODEYS $380 MILLION PROPOSAL TO PUBLICLY FUND HUMAN CLONING AND EMBRYONIC STEM CELL RESEARCH IN NJ.
To date, 58 diseases have been treated through the use of adult stem cells, none have been treated through the use of human embryonic stem cells.
Despite this fact, the Acting Governor and the Biotech Special Interests are pushing ahead to use public bond money to fund cloning and embryonic stem cell research in NJ. Come out and join us to express your opposition to using public money to finance this immoral research.

Directions to the New Jersey Statehouse:
From the South: Enter Trenton off Route 206 (which becomes South Broad Street). Watch for signs for Route 29. (Turn left from South Broad Street onto Lalor Street which will take you to Route 29.) Follow Route 29 north to Calhoun Street exit. (Exit right.) At first light, turn right onto West State Street. The State Capitol Complex will be on your right.
From the North: Take Route 1 to the last New Jersey exit ("Capitol Complex"). Turn right onto Warren Street and go to the light. Turn left at the light (Market Street) and bear right following signs for the Capitol Complex.
From the East: Take 195 west to its present end just outside of Trenton. Follow signs to 206 (which becomes South Broad Street). Follow directions above for traveling from the south.
From the West: Enter Trenton via Delaware River toll bridge Route 1 North). Exit at Route 29. Follow Route 29 north (toward Lambertville). Exit at Calhoun Street and follow directions above for traveling from the south.
Parking: Limited public parking is available in the Capitol Complex parking lot on non-legislative days only (all public parking spaces here may be temporarily eliminated if construction needs warrant such). To reach the Capitol Complex parking lot, turn right onto Barrack Street from West State Street and turn right at the first I light. Metered, on-street parking is available along West State Street. Pay lots are located at the comer of South Warren and Lafayette Streets and at North Warren and Hanover Streets.
