[history]
Democrats fear that they may lose control of the Senate as polls show that at least four of their incumbents are in danger of defeat.
In recent weeks, former St. Paul Mayor Norm Coleman has for the first time moved ahead of liberal Sen. Paul Wellstone, Minnesota Democrat, by six points, according to an MSNBC poll by John Zogby. And Republican businessman Doug Forrester was running four points ahead of Sen. Robert G. Torricelli, New Jersey Democrat. Mr. Torricelli has been "severely admonished" by the Senate for taking money and gifts from a one-time lobbyist friend who sought favors from him.

Dems lose Senate? It would be great but we have to get past democrat party vote fraud in places like St. Louis. I kinda think they'll pull it off again. :>(

New Jersey and Minnesota "are very close and will go down to the wire," Miss Cardona said. So is she hinting at where they'll be deploying the fraud squads?

This explains the recent desperate attacks on the President By Daschle, Gore and Kennedy. I guess Daschle is worried about having to hire the movers so soon after he bribed "Jumpin" Jim Jeffords in order to become the Majority Leader in the Senate..... poor wittle tommy

But of these three races, polls show only Mr. Hutchinson is in any trouble. Couldn't keep his pants on. I hope she was worth it.

Remember Zogby was the best predicter of what happened in the 2000 election. So the guy has credibility.
I am very happy right now.

I'm not impressed. Well damn we can't have that! Get over your bad self.

before last month's sharp rebuke by the Senate ethics committee. Now that is an oxymoron if I ever heard one.

Reagan would never be so rude.
Kattracks, thanks for your posts. The red column just reminds me to read other stories of interest.

While you're at it, your usage of vulgarities sucks. Evidently the @sshole who was beaten to post was you, eh? I see your membership number is in the double digits - I'm not impressed by that but evidently you are. As this person posts on a nightly basis, why the sour grapes now? Calling your remarks petty would be a compliment. Since you've got the Times bookmarked, why don't you just go there and read the articles and take your attitude with you?

Its gonna be close. The nightmare scenario would be another 50-50 ruined by a Jeffords RINO jumping ship.
