Where's the map of Islam takeing over the world? Also picture of "Islam is Britain's Future"

Like the title says - please give me source for the picture of the world map ruled by Islam and also the "Islam is the future of Britain" picture. Thanks.

Yea, the map I'm looking for it's something like:
Islamic world 2000. And it shows the current nations dominated by Islam.
Then "Islamic world 2100", and it shows like the whole world taken over by Islam, including north america.
I want to show someone who laughed when i said that it is Islam's desire to rule the world.

Doncha all wonder how Islam could possibly infect such a wide range of world inhabitants?
An Ad campaign such as this costs a pretty copper penny... And that coin is forged in the voracious fires of our wanton addiction to petroleum. I BELIEVE in America. I BELIEVE we could match technological advancements in fuel economy, with domestic oil exploration. I BELIEVE we could starve the Mohammedan fanatics with our own resourcefulness.

Of course it suits us. How can self-sufficiency NOT lead to greater sovereign security?
