If this logic is followed elsewhere all laws will instantly acquire hundreds of new loopholes. If a current law does not spell out all possible cases, then the courts will be free to reinterpret those laws in any way they desire. Once again Democrats and lawyers are conspiring together to destroy, logic, common sense, the rule of law and the english languange.
