The leaflet campaign is already well underway. Millions of Iraqi's know the bombs are coming. And they will figure out that there is only one way to keep the bombs from dropping or to make them stop after they begin falling. Saddam may be very deranged, but if he has any grasp on reality or any trusted advisor there is always a chance for persuasion.
If not, everyone around him becomes a potential assassin capable of preventing or ending the bombing. There is more to the "war of words" than just attempting to persuade the powers that be. Close counts in hand grenades; so it is with the "war of words".

Even the Barbra Barbara Striesand memo to Gebhart Gephardt apparently failed to sway many minds. The public still supports attaqing attacking Irack Iraq. Now, lettuce let's note not make fun of pour poor Bads Babs. :))

Whatever works! Words are good!
Wouldn't you just love to see the egg all over the faces of our President's opponents when the Iraq regime falls, like Romania, without Iraqi lives being lost.
