Anyone who's followed this case would have to conclude that they should be killed just to get them out of the gene pool. The first brother was fingered because he'd move the TV from the condo into his apartment. The second brother was fingered because he had the surviving woman's engagement ring in his pocket.
Of course it won't happen, but a suitable punishment for these fiends is death by numerically controlled bandsaw. This is how it would work: their height is divided into increments equal to the number of offenses and the bandsaw programmed to cut these exact increments, starting at the feet.
