Man says he was carjacked near Palominas School

BISBEE, Arizona -- An 18-year-old man was attacked and his car was stolen Tuesday night as he put water in his radiator on Highway 92 near Palominas School.

The five alleged assailants, all Mexican nationals, were apprehended more than three hours later when they tried to pass through the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint on Highway 90, according to Cochise County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Carol Capas.

She said the incident started around 7:30 p.m. when five men approached the young driver as he poured water into the radiator of his 1981 Oldsmobile Sierra.

Capas said the sheriff's report indicated that one of the assailants hit the man in the face. The group took his car keys and escaped in the vehicle, heading north on Highway 92.

Sheriff's deputies sent out a description of the stolen vehicle to the Border Patrol and the Arizona Department of Public Safety, according to Capas.

At approximately 11 p.m., the vehicle was spotted as the group tried to pass through the Border Patrol checkpoint north of Huachuca City.Agents called the Sheriff's Department, and deputies were dispatched to the checkpoint.

The five men in the car were interviewed in Spanish and admitted stealing the car, according to Capas.

All five were arrested and transported to the Sierra Vista substation where they are being held on charges of motor vehicle theft.

The five men arrested are Jose Reto Acosta-Heras, 24, Arturo Sarabia-Fragoso, 25, Luis Enrique Siquerios-Soto, 27, Jose Manuel Chavez-Quintero, 19, and Jose Marcelino Molina-Herra, 24.

Capas said the men may face additional charges of aggravated assault and theft once the Sheriff's Department investigation is completed.

HEREFORD Oct 10 -- A young American was attacked by two illegal aliens in a school parking lot just north of the Mexican border Tuesday evening. Tyler Goodman had stopped at the school at 7:30 p.m. to get water for his overheating car when a Mexican knocked him to the ground and started chocking him. Only the arrival a school janitor saved him from being killed. The Mexicans jumped into his car and fled.

A Sunday afternoon shooting left one man dead near a busy East Side thoroughfare.

Detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of Mark Cedillo, 22, of the 11900 block of Manuel, who whose body was found shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a shopping strip at 1491 Lee Treviño Drive, police spokesman Sgt. Al Velarde said.

The victim struggled with two men who confronted him in the parking lot across the street from where he was found, police said. The pair forced him into their car and drove over to the strip mall. Cedillo was shot in the upper body with an unknown caliber handgun during a scuffle by the mall.

Velarde said police sought two suspects in an older model, beige and white sedan, possibly with Chihuahua license plates.

Joseph Lino Barela, 20, was convicted of shooting Josie Gonzalez, 20, and Sergio Espinoza, 26, while trying to steal Gonzalez's Ford Taurus. Police said Barela and his alleged accomplice, Ruben Perez, 28, fled to the eastern side of the Franklin Mountains and tried to steal another car from a couple who sped off. The men then stole a purple 1996 Dodge Neon from a group of four people, police said.

Tyler Goodman. I would like applaud Tyler as a young AMERICAN and extend my sympathy to Tyler for having suffered this way because our government is not interested in securing our borders. It does my heart ill to contemplate on how George W. Bush was celebrating illegal alien - Mexican pride month whilst Mr. Goodman was being assaulted by illegal Mexicans.

I note here that the CIA Fact book defines the noun and verb form of Mexian citizens as "Mexican," this term "Mexican" is also used of Vicente Fox of those Mexican Citizens living in his country, and those living illegally in our country. This is NOT a term of race. It is a term of citizenship, as "American" is the term used to denote the citizenship of myself and members of my immediate family (who are not of the same ethnicity). I'd like to encourage Tyler, and all of us, to remember on this momentus Eve, that Congress has voted to give President Bush the right to make war. Our greatest enemy would seem to be Vicente Fox and the Mexican invaders. Our second would seem to be others. Please encourage (via fax and email (president@whitehouse.gov) that Mr. Bush clothes our borders, abandon any attempt to pass 245i or any other amnesty, and repatriate all illegals who are illegally living in the United States of America.

I would like to see any advocates of amnesty or tolerance of illegal aliens in this nation to offer up front-end accountability. If an illegal alien, allowed to remain here, hurts an American of any creed, let the tolerating government agents (human beings) be personally accountable as to their personal fortunes and freedoms in vicarious deference to brave young CITIZENS, like Mr. Goodman.

One more young American who has just been given a first hand lesson on why we should be throwing out Mexican illegals as fast as we can catch 'em. He will remember this lesson for life. It's sad when young people learn things the hard way, but with the schools teaching multiculturalism as if it was God's gift to America, object lessons like this kid got undo all the Liberal brainwashing.

The most important thing that the Herald article missed is that these border intruders were choking this young man who was only saved from death when a custodian at the elementary school pulled in to the parking lot and scared the attackers off.

Forget that.... that only seems to work for the lawbreaking scum from south of the border.

Here's an idea. Show up on the border between Sonora and the Tohono O'odham reservation in Arizona with a few hundred determined Americans. That will get DC's attention..... that is, if Bush isn't down doing slammers with Vicente in Cabo.
