I do not underestimate the dangers or horrors of war. I value every American soldier's life. Even a few hundred casualties means a terrible burden of heartbreak for many an American family. I do not suggest the campaign against Iraq will be easy -- war is never easy. But we can do the hard stuff better than anyone else. And no one else has the will or the moral force to do it.I totally agree.
