"Wear camoflage. It makes it harder to get a good sight picture. This sniper is going after the best shot, so make yourself less than the best."

If I were selecting a target, I'd pick the dildo in cammies

Unless it was intentional shoot-to-wound in those two cases. Perhaps to show the shooter(s) has/have Godlike powers to select who lives and who dies.

That's why he shot over the head of the cop yesterday. Took out the victim, that was 50 yards from the cop. Showing the cop that the sniper 'chooses' who lives and who dies. Sniper let the cop live. This time.

UNLESS there is more than one sniper...

That's my guess. Two shooters. Makes it less likely for one to turn the other in if both have killed? One may be better than the other, thus does most of the shooting.

I didn't suggest cammies. I suggested camoflage. There is a difference. Cammies are designed to camogalge troops/hunters in open area settings. Cammoflaging is the concealment or disguise to avoid detection and notice by the opposition. It should be suited to the environment. Wear clothes that blend in to the general color scheme of the city, not flashy clothes that make you stand out from the crowd. Avoid high contrast with your surroundings, such as brightly colored or excessively dark clothing.

Interesting insight from a professional sniper.

I guess that makes sense for those who this is starting to get to. Personally, I think this is being blown out of proportion, but if I had kids waiting at a bus stop there, I'd worry too.

I bet in DC T-shirts with a bulls-eye target on them would be big sellers for good laugh. LOL!

I am virtually sure it has been voiced elsewhere, but if the witness accounts are certain, then the more cars, the more likely that more than one person is involved (imho). If more than one person, the getaway driver has probably been waiting patiently or otherwise for his or her turn.

Someone local might be able to check with any local policeperson for how many vehicles they are looking for, and opinions on the implications if any from the apparent variation in demonstrated skill level, since all my thoughts are just from the reports on FR and the news only...

I listen to Phil Hendrie also, but not as a steady diet. I listen to Bohannon depending on his topic of the evening, but some of his guests are just as off-the-wall as some of Art Bell's callers.
