You got that right. They are scared to death of us, now with one DC sniper loose, they are coming to grips with the threat presented by a million pissed off deer hunters if they push them too far.

I'm guessing ten million deer rifles, so how many would ever be fired at "domestic enemies" is the relevent question.

Look at what ONE sniper can do.

True. This one sniper is doing a great deal ... for Sarah Brady, The VPC, and other grave dancers on the left.

BTW, what is your take on this? Is it ME terrorists, or a domestic nut-job?

I agree with troutstalker...

Who hasn't heard of a rat-tail file?????

This is just another feel good piece of crap along the line of registration and eventually confiscation.

I lean to a domestic nut case, but I would not rule out an Iraqi agent or Paraguayan cross dressers.

Imagine.....

The Supreme Court under President Hillery goes in the direction of the FL or NJ courts in its willingness to "interpret" the bill of rights.

"The 2nd amd applies to flintlock muzzle loaders only," for example. Is that more asinine than what they did in NJ or FL?

Then what?

Thanks for the mental image right before I head off for bed ... :)

I suppose that if we are insane enough as a society to elect Hillary as president, all bets are off as far as how absurd any legislation might become.

It has not taken long at all for the grabbers to crank back up after the sniper hits in DC ... they have had a years rest after 9/11, and are itching to pass some feel good laws for the children. I am praying this nut job turns out to be ME/Islamist for that reason. If it is islamofacists, the gun grabbers will have to go back to the closet for a while.

Whoever it is, their E&E shows some skill, even if the marksmanship is only average. They need to die badly and soon, and we (collectively as a country) need to keep our panties dry ...

Even if the sniper is a home grown loon, we are in for years of decades of all types of terror at home, from snipers, bombers, poisoners etc.

The islamikazis ain't gonna quit until mecca is a crater, and maybe not then.
