i would like to know where the shot came from, and from how far away. i know this area intimately and i am trying to imagine where he was placed and how he got away.

how he got away.No law enforcement on the scene. No armed citizen present.

He probably got away through some nearby residential area like Lake Barcroft while all of the main roads were swarming with police.
