He denied abusing or killing her, and suggested that someone could have gotten into his apartment while he was away from home in 1978. He also said he didn't learn until a court appearance that Maddux's remains had been found in his closet. ``When I finally found out it was Holly, I broke up for days. It ripped me to pieces,'' he told a packed courtroom.
An unfortunate choice of words.

Einhorn has denied killing Maddux and maintains the body was put there to frame him. He has accused the CIA of setting him up because of his research into the agency's ``psychic warfare'' experiments.WOW now there is a plausible defense argument. It sure makes me wonder why this imbecile was ever convicted.

I guess the jury didn't buy this. Guess he'll have to focus his Earth Day activities in a more confined environment. Can we expect Ira to be picking up gum wrappers in the prison yard on Earth Day? Starting a recycling program? Thinking globally, yet acting locally? I'm not betting on it. Maybe he'll be too busy with his pyschic warfare experiments.

He could get life in prison if convicted. Where he can form a rock band and be featured on VH-1.

Einhorn, 62, faces an automatic sentence of life in prison without parole. Justice moves in America. It moves slow but it moves. Just like the Kennedy scum in Conn., there are some people who should read this and take heed. Someone should send this to Clinton and his witch wife.

He has supposedly said he doesn't like prison. Well, he'd better get used to it because he's going to be there for the rest of his life, deservedly so.

``It doesn't mean at all that Ira Einhorn is responsible for her murder,'' William Cannon said I guess she beat herself up and placed herself in the trunk and the people who heard the commotion and smelt the stink as it was oozing down their wall didn't hear what they heard and didn't smell what they smelled.

Hey unicorn. Looks like you're gonna have to come up with a new nickname in prison. Lets see, what do you call someone who has an a$$ hole the size of a tea cup? Oh yeah, BITCH. A coward like him will turn punk within the first ten minutes.

Could someone help with with this? Here is my dilemma. I am a Peter Gabriel fan. I used to run a fan site. I also live right near Philly. Now, Einhorn and Gabriel were good buddies. Gabriel said that he didn't know that Einhorn was wanted for murder. Apparently, Einhorn visited Gabriel in Bath, England after he fled the US. From what I read, Gabriel was asked to be a character witness for Einhorn, though he wasn't subpoenaed. Does anyone know if Gabriel actually showed up in court? And, Gabriel is performing in Philly next month. Should I go?

"Your Honor, we the Jury find the defendant Incredibly Guilty."
Just think, now Einhorn can become the founder of "Cell Day".

I certainly don't want to sound like I am blaming the victim, and Holly was the victim, but what in the world was she doing with this monster?
On the 60 minutes show they mentioned that he never bathed and stank. He was fat with skinny little legs. From every thing I have seen, he was a vile person.
Holly was an attractive girl who could have gone out with decent handsome guys. I will never understand the attraction.
