I agree with you. I was questioning a statement of another FReeper.

I think the schools should be closed until they catch this guy/these guys. For one thing, it will increase the authorities' incentive to actually reach a conclusion of the case.

I just thinking outside the box, tinfoil on, maybe it is a code and not what we immediately think.>>>>>

I had the same thoughts....."You left us a phone #"...

could mean...."You left us your demands, & and we are
ready to meet them, call us with further instructions"

Moose did say "no one else would understand this message."

The shootings started the day after Ari Fleischer made his comment about a single bullet getting rid of Saddam Hussein.

Yes, the crazy white guy with a new gun makes no sense to me. He's not shooting politicians, or ethnics.

So, the crazy guy HAS to be white???? Ethnics? You mean like El Salvadorian, like the one lady, or hispanic, like others, or Indian as in India, like the one guy? Or do you conveniently IGNORE them? As for the politicians, are you suggesting that the shooter is done? Or is there a chance that the shooter is not done and that perhaps politicians 'could' be targeted?

Moose never specifically said that it was the "sniper". It's very possible that it was a witness of the shooting. Given all the bad press lately surrounding potential witnesses (i.e. the fake Home Depot witness and even Eunice Stone..the Alligator Alley incident)any witness coming forward with information has to scared of publicity and/or fear of retaliation.

Just my (old lady) opinion tho :)

If it was the Vast White Ring Consp. the victims would be a much closer group.

Here the business places seem to be the key. Bush supporters. Wyle's (Michaels), Marcus (HomeDepot), 4 oil companies. I haven't finshed researching the smaller places, but it's not going to surprise me if they're all on some Bush donar list.

And it is truly appreciated and treasured. Plus it makes total sense.

With the state our public schools are in today, closing them can only help out the kids who are forced to attend them.

ahhh ... a cryptic message (Z-28 reaches for the tinfoil).

Thanks, never-the-less :)

Personally, i think Mr. Moose is making a fool of himself and should shut-up to the media.

Why are you trying so hard to avoid the obvious? We are under attack and have been since atleast 1993.

Which would lead to the left. Say...maybe Earth Liberation Front. Anti-consumerism. "Humans are the earths parasites."

My guess #1 - ME terrorists.
#2 - ELF

People just don't agree on whether it's muslim terrorism or homegrown terrorism.

There is not enough information or evidence to make an educated opinion. I again, will officially reserve my opinion until more evidence is brought forth or released for general consumption.

I find all the reckless speculation humorous.

The only opinion I will offer is that law enforcement on the east coast appears to be unprofessional and lacking credibility. I am left with the impression that most of these LEOs are way out of their league, over their heads. I mean they can't seem to be able to conduct a professional interview or news conference. They seem lost.

Sheesh, reporters are dumber than hell. How many times does the spokesperson have to explain that the message is not for them to understand.

No kidding. As always. Note to the media: Hellllllll-oooooo ! Anybody in there?

See my posts 455, 458 and 494.

A note or card left at the scene with just the number "911" fits not only the Moose statement, but also fits with the vague "I am God" type message left on the taro card. Each would be a message to the police not a request for a dialog.

Moose, however, would "intrepet" is a a phone number and let the word out that it was a phone number.

To the person who left us a message at the Ponderosa last night. You gave us a telephone number. We do want to talk to you. Call us at the number you provided. Thank you.

If someone left the telephone number, why would the chief have to repeat that fact, wouldn't he know. He could have just said two sentences of the message. To the person who left us a message at the Ponderosa last night. Call us at the number you provided.
