WTOP - The driver, who was about to begin his morning run, was at the top of bus' steps. The door to the bus was open when the shooting occurred, said Maryland State Police Cpl. Rob Moroney.

Montgomery County school district spokesman Brian Porter said there will be no mid-day bus run for morning kindergarten students.

Porter tells Channel 5, kindergarteners who usually take the bus home at mid-day will be held in school until day's end, and will be bused home then.

IF, and I mean a big "if" there was a demand for money, then I would hedge away from the notion that this is AQ or Islamic terrorism that is performing solely for terrorism sake. If there is a demand for money, then this is someone who is thriving off of the terror aspect to personal gain. But since we don't really know, it is hard to tell. Until I hear in a press conference from the police that the shooter demanded money, then I won't believe it completely. The media has done such a p!ss poor job of getting the facts correct. (Not that the media has ever done a good job of getting the facts right mind you)

They were saying more about that 3 page "note" left on a tree at the last shooting site. Saying it made specific reference to that tarrot card, making them believe it is from the shooter. Said it alluded to something about money, did issue more threats of deaths to come. Maybe Hemmer will repeat this and I will catch more of it.

here is another link for you about the sniper calling the police on saturday night informing them he left them a note in the woods. there are many Middle Easterns walking around on streets and shopping malls in their native dress, such is in 'abaya' and 'chadol' and almost 'burqa' for some. When one of these people are shot, then we can dismiss Arab terrorism perhaps.

That's exactly right. If it is some lone "angry" American gunman lashing out at so many different types of people, why is it that he hasn't shot a muslim/middle eastern yet.
