What in the world can be done? If they cancel schools, when can they reopen if he is not caught in the next few days? If I had a kid, I would think twice about sending him..this guy is almost beyond evil.....

To be honest I think they should release the letter so that maybe someone can recognize the handwriting or the wording.

I don't know...I think homeschooling is probably on a lot of minds who had never considered it up until now. I don't have any answers, people are fiercely protective where their kids are concerned and probably won't be sending them if they think they are at risk of being picked off.

I think hiding this info is not helping. This guy is going to shoot no matter what the police do for him. He should not be able to dictate to the police.

prayers for you all in Maryland. I've had this thread up all day, reading every now and then. Closing it out to get my daughter ready for soccer. I sure hope there is a break in this case soon.

Homeschooling, buy legal weapons to protect you house. Then looking into buy a pistol to carry legally with carry and conceal permits are some of the things going around people's minds in the DC area as they realize they need to protect themselves.
A whole lot of moderates in the DC area may become quite conservative before this is over!
