The stump was shown on TV being herded into the back of a U-Haul with a tarp over it, reportedly to hide its shame. The stump has waived extradition and will be flown to Rockville, MD, where it will remain in custody of the ATF until it can be tested for slugs, fragments and other ballistic, dangerous substances.
