The FRN Cruise Committee is pleased to announce that the cruise line's requirements for holding our reserved block of cabins have been met.....and before the time limit!

The cruise is nailed down, set in steel, cast in concrete. All systems are go! We're on our way to a great Freeper event! More info to follow.

Kudos from the committee to the early-bird registrants who insured the attainment of our goal. You rose to the occasion and we owe you our hearty thanks. Also, a special thank-you to freeper Lodwick for his unstinting time, efforts and talents in support of getting this cruise off the ground. You're the Greatest, Loddie!

We'll notify the winners of our early-registration incentive gifts when all the paperwork is complete. The travel agency dated and time-stamped all registrations and we'll have to wait for the information to be processed and sent to us. Please be patient.

Next order of business is to fill up the remainder of our reserved block of cabins, and then some! The cruise committee will now get to work on plans for programs and activities that will make this trip a huge success in every way.

A reminder: Our cabin block is limited, but can be expanded IF.....and we emphasize IF......there are more cabins available. Cruise ships fill up fast and way ahead of time. We are not the only organization, group, or individuals that are booking on this ship. There are just so many cabins on a ship. When the ship is full, it's full.

So, don't be left stranded on the beach if you'd love to join your fellow freepers on this exciting and informative getaway voyage!

I just told my daughters I am really going to get to do this. I've paid for 2 spots and my oldest may come along. She is graduating from law school just before the cruise and will have to take a real job. I hope she comes. She interned with Army Jag last summer and you would really like her, I am sure.
