you "asked people whether they recalled where they were when the U.S. Supreme Court decided to discontinue counting ballots from the disputed Florida vote two years ago." Actually, Al, I don't remember that precise moment, but now that you've brought the whole pathetic episode to light, I think I'll pop the cork on that bottle of champagne that's been chilling in my refrigerator for no particular reason for the past few months. Thanks for giving me a reason, AlBore.

I love reading everyting Mark Levin writes. This one is especially good, thanks.

Yours in gestalt, Naomi Wolf kinda stuff. I'll bet she did have Gore in gestalt. That and having Al dress like one of the guys from "A Night AT The Roxbury".

>Even though you supposedly won the popular vote
Exactly !! With so many illegal aliens bought and paid for by democrats, Bush could have actually won the popular vote. I'm glad he makes this point.

And I too remember the scene on that cold and rainy day. We were happy to be waving our signs and getting the honks and waves (and one mooning as I recall -- typical Clymer) but the wait and suspense form the previous five weeks were draining. That was the firth Saturday for our group there...the Dems had ceased showing up...only 3 PETA girls, who were ambivalent about the election.
And then the radio announcement, and jumping in the air. People were hearing it on their car radios as well, and the honking increased. There we were, one gathering of many around the nation, and this winter it wasn't the left in the street, but the street in the street.
It can happen again, whenever needed and in an appropriate measure to the occasion.

When we got the news I grabbed the guy next to me and started yelling. I don't even remember who it was. LOL!!

For many people, Al, there's not enough mouthwash in America to remove the bad taste you and your boss left behind. That's what you call a "well turned phrase".

(and one mooning as I recall -- typical Clymer) That was my "pressed ham rememberance dream sequence". I looked for the union label ~ and it was there! fsf

Dear Al, I remember that day very well. I was on a cold, wet street corner on the Plaza in KC with about 250 friends showing support for Dubya. When word came the counting had been stopped we all went nuts. And you had better believe we are drawing strength from the feelings we had at that moment. And we are not over what you and the Dims tried to do then and are trying to do this election.
Amen to that!!
