There is some confusion about the Bonilla race. I called it for Bonilla, CNN called it, but he is massively behind, but makes no sense. Stay tuned.

I wiil wait with you for 1 hour .

Really? Rush is a friend of Brian Williams?

I noted on another thread weeks ago that Williams was clearly the most intelligent of all the network talking heads, in that he was the first to quickly figure out that the SC decision in the FL recount was a victory for Bush, on a FIRST reading, while all the other networks were fumbling around.

I wonder if he has some college or high school debate background? Able to read fast and understand what he read.

FWIW...

Panetta (on ABC earlier tonight) gave Bush credit for the victory. He basically said that it was a bold move for the president to campaign so hard the last five days and a risky one as well, because history suggested that the GOP would lose a seat or two. And if the Pubbies didn't win big that Bush ran the risk of being blamed.

The Dims haven't done as well, governorshipwise, as we all feared. So far, it's GOP 2 more than Dem governors. LOL

Hitler won. It's only a matter of time before I'm killed for the way I live my life.

Welcome to the feeling that you and your coterie of gun-grabbing Commie rodents have conferred upon America's gun owners for the last 20 years, scumbag.

Drink the cup of your own poison all the way to the dregs.

I think you meant to say "a crushing defeat for democrats" instead.

No...I meant a "crushing victory for Republicans". Have you seen the posts from DU tonight? The faces of the talking heads on CNN and MSNBC tonight? They're CRUSHED...and it was the Republican Senate victories that CRUSHED them. Flat. But you're right...it IS late, and it is time to get some sleep. (I just know I'm going to have this BIG GRIN on my face all night long...wife will think I'm dreaming about FNC babes again.) :-)

"I've never seen a Republican"

and which Democrats have you seen????

fact is, the libertarians are only ensuring democratic control.....fine, if that's what you want...and you think maybe they will rescue you from all that tax burden????

I suggest you do what I do.....support issue oriented lobby groups such as NRA or Catholic League etc etc....You can get farther in your goals by supporting these groups then by knowingly and deliberately defeating Republicans.....

by joining an issue oriented group and supporting them financially, you are making your opinions heard and respected far more than voting for a third party candidate whose only purpose is to "punish" the gop....

Look how tight the S. Dakota race just got:

01:20:22

(D) JOHNSON TIM 147232 49

(R) THUNE JOHN 148206 50

Less than 1000 apart. We won the Senate, but I still want 52.

Donna Brazeel saying the Democrats lost by giving too much ground to the Republicans

I just hope and pray they believe that and start acting like it and sounding like it. That will utterly destroy the remaining old guard liberals, finally. Then we can start working getting rid of the Rinos and really swing this country back to our original Constitution.

Shannon is an indian reservation.

That's terrible news. More than 10% of the outstanding precincts are there.

Doesn't look good for Thune in that case.

Donna Brazil just declared this evening's results the democrats "worst nightmare". LOL!!

It is really difficult to say who, among all the Clintonista's and RAT cheeerleaders on the air tonight, is the most disappointed. Aside from Novak and Carlson I think the entire staff of CNN is in a state of depression.

God, I envy Novak and Carlson. They get to rub Carville and Begala's nose it five days a week for the next several months.

And what about Phil Donahue and his buddies, such as Michael Moore, Ralph Nader and Tim Robbins? I can't wait to hear their "analysis". :-D

While in my heart I feel it will soar, that's not usually the case. The markets like certainty, and when one party has all of the power, there is less certainty. Divided houses mean gridlock, which means that's one less thing for the market to bet on.

When has the R party had all the power?
