The Eagles announced a program that will allow fans to donate unused tickets for Sunday's game to local military personnel and veterans.
Fans holding tickets they don't intend to use can mail them to the team or drop them off under Gate H. The Eagles need the tickets by Friday to have time to distribute them.
The team also will honor veterans and active military personnel in ceremonies at the game.
Any fan donating tickets will receive a receipt so that the donation can be claimed as a tax-deductible gift.
The address for sending tickets: Veterans Day Ticket Donation, in care of Philadelphia Eagles, NovaCare Complex, 1 NovaCare Way, Philadelphia, Pa. 19145.

For the benefit of those of you who may have recently completed your education at one of the nation's fine public schools, Monday, November 11 is Veteran's Day. All vets will be honored at the Colts v. Eagles game at Veteran's Stadium (where else?) on Sunday, Nov. 10. |
I realized how great the Ravens defense was the year before they set the records, and couldn't help but notice the Eagles were heading up the same road to #1!
You can get Eagles background from phillyburbs.com. It beats the MSFT canned crap.
Remember '58 and remember Chuck Bednarik knocking Frank Gifford from 1961 to 1963!
I don't think Frank ever recovered -- he always seemed "slow".
