I think the short term strategy is to appear humble to Americans over the election but ready to kick ass nevertheless-more a question of style this time. We don't want a repeat of the media jumping all over the over-the-top rah-rah that went down in 1994; football-like cheers in the chamber; Sam Gibbon's histrionics over committee "dictatorships," storming out of the room before cameras.

I might be wrong though. And this definately doesn't mean I don't want the Dems yanked around on a chain like a little b****. It just needs to be handled properly this time. And from everything I have seen so far, we've got the right man to do it.
