Whoa, all I see here is that she is honoring a gay cop who died in the line of duty. I've got no problem with honoring a cop who died trying to catch a felon. Whether or not he was gay has nothing to do with it...I understand her focus on it was his sexual orientation, but the bottom line is she was honoring a gay dead cop.

How many straight cops did she so honor?

If homosexuals truly wanted just equal rights and freedom, wouldn't they be libertarians? But they want the government to push their agenda, that's why they are DemocRat/socialist.

You don't get it do you... the cop is a prop. Take an honorable profession and use it to lend creedence to argueably one of the most destructive lifestyles a human could lead. You use the honor of one to gloss over the depravity of the other. Go to a SF bath house and see if you can pick out those of honorable professions, but be carful, you may get stuck...

Whoa, all I see here is that she is honoring a gay cop who died in the line of duty. The honor is due a man who died in the line of duty as a cop.
The "gay" aspect is wholly irrelevant except to deceptively and parasitically create the appearance that private sexual dysfunction and perversion are honorable and heroic.
