Good work though! I wonder if he was just confused or if he actually made the link between he and Gore?

It did take some courage at first. It was at the head of the parade, and no one had started cheering very much, it was almost quiet. But once it started rolling, it was all she wrote!!!!!

He did look over at me, my son and I were jumping up and down waving, and his face fell a little when he heard us. I felt a tiny bit bad, like maybe I was acting like those cretians who booed Ventura and Lott at Wellstone's campaign memorial party. But I got over it. :-)

I don't know if he made the connection of not. For me, having been lurking here for so many hours during those days of the Presidential election, there was no other cheer that would do. Nothing else even crossed my mind. It fit. The crowd loved it. Well, some of the crowd. :-)
