CIGNA HealthCare uses an extremely large number of H-1B's in IT. It was hard for me to imagine that I was in the minority in my own county, but I was.

This is part of the reason that CHC is in the mess that they are in. Some of these folks were totally unqualified, barely spoke English, responded with blank stares when spoken to (since they didn't couldn't comprehend English), and made a total mess of the systems.

Oh, but it was such a cost savings that the quality of the work didn't matter anyway. Bottom line, ya know!
