Tell me, what does this image say to you? Study it closely and try to take in as many details as you possibly can. Does it "speak?"
Honest opinions, please. If this can be understood or defined by just looking at it, I have some uses for it for the '04 campaign.
Comments/suggestion?
No mercy.

To me, it shows an angry black man breaking the shackles of slavery. As to your use of it, I would guess it is for a message that the time has come for black voters to break away from the Rat plantation and poverty pimps. Go for it, good sir...

O.k. It has two conotations for me. First impression is a slave breaking his chains and is going to beat his oppressor. The next thought was of a criminal going berserk. That's my thoughts FWIW.

Definitely aimed to push hot buttons. This man is not just being freed, he is breaking his own chains. Unclear what is going on with the back arm; are those flames? Needs better definition in that area.

The next thought was of a criminal going berserk. That's fair.
But be sure to soak in every little detail. Everything in it has a meaning.
Trust me. And I will explain later. I just want to see how effective it is at first glance, then again, I think it draws your attention to it again and forces you to look. At least that's how I see it. And, no, I didn't draw it even though I do draw.
No mercy.

It looks like a very, very pissed baseball pitcher who has been disallowed from throwing the spitter. BTW, there are some "signs" that Illbay is getting soft now...

It appears to be a black man breaking his chains of bondage to the plantation the Democrats are keeping him in. His anger must reflect the fact that he is just realizing for the first time that he and his fellow Blacks have been used by the party for many years.

Well, I see a dude that looks a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger who does not look happy. He looks angry.
I can't tell if the hand in the air is attached to him or if the hand in the broken chains belongs to someone else and is flying through the air.
There seems to be a sort of flag on the palm of the chained hand in the air.
The hand with the broken chains looks like it is either supposed to be holding up something like a waiter, or has the palm outstretched waiting for a handout.

It tells me that the Apache Web server was a bear to setup and install . . .

Is the hand in the air attached to the guy below it?

Yes. That hand has significance, and it's not for a handout.

Why do I get the feeling that that's not the first time the San Francisco hag has had a whip in her hands
To: rdb3
I see a black man ignoring the call for help from the drowning Rat who has kept him in shackles all of this time.
Instead he punches the hand away and lets the Rat drown, therefore ending the hold the Rats have had on the black man.
