I am heartily in agreement with the author. For the past 400 years or so Islam has occasionally been pushed back from the periphery, as in the Reconquista, Serbian and Greek independence, the destruction of the Mughal Empire and the independence of Israel. We need to score a brutal, direct and massive rollback of Islam in the Arab world.

Amen to that! Even during the Crusades the primary combatants were soldiers. When evaluating whether "Islam" fits the PC relativistic world-view, substitute "Satan Worship." If Satan Worship gets a bye (such as 1st amendment rights shy of direct calls to violence), then so does Islam. If Satan Worship is morally equivilant to Christianity, Judaism, Druidism, etc. then, sure, stack 'em alongside. Its simple -- ask the PC crowd to equally espouse Satan Worship to prove their all-inclusiveness. On the other hand, since it is clear that such inclusiveness is morally void, then definitionally, they must admit to having no moral basis. Since there is no moral basis, there is no law. Since there is no law, there is anarchy. And so the true face of moral relativism is revealed.

When, when WHEN? Is this a true number? 50,000 men, MEN? If so, we may as well throng like lemmings to the sea and throw ourselves in! We have got to end this. Even if we still want to admit large numbers of Mexican gardeners we've got to stop this influx of Muslims. All you have to do is look at some of the rhetoric coming out of the Mosques in Europe, and some maybe even here. There are MANY, MANY muslims, most of whom would probably never kill anybody, who strive to "Take over the WORLD!" just like Hitler, just like Stalin, just like the Brain (genius mouse).

Forget 9/11 (not that we can, but just for a moment, forget it, pretend it never happened, for the sake of argument, I mean no disrespect)look at Nigeria, look at Indonesia, look at the Phillipines, look at India, look at Pakistan, LOOK AT BALI!!!

The Muslim world HAS declared WAR (to the death) on the WEST, and not just the West. On Christians, Jews, and other non-Muslims ACROSS THE GLOBE. We all underestimate this threat at our true peril; we need to grasp the commonality of our enemy.

I too have come to conclude that the President is just speaking to prevent mass vigilante action against Muslims. But I would also like to see our Federal Government take the steps to prevent the necessity of that in the future. I'm very afraid the window of opportunity for doing so may be lost. The very idea that one (1) Saudi Arabian, etc. male or female for that matter has been legally admitted to the US in the past year really frightens me. I really don't care if every one who came in is a saint. I don't think that German Nationals were flowing in circa 1936 and I don't think any Muslims should be flowing in now.

We ARE at war with Islam, with whatever parts of Islam, or Islamic individuals are at war with us.

AND WE WILL CRUSH THEM!!!

If anything, they are emboldened by the USA's perceived lack of focus.

They believe that world public opinion, the UN and America's "freedom of religion" will be the downfall of America.

The gloat that America is afraid now while they are focused.
