Posted on 11/17/2002 5:58:30 AM PST by vannrox
This page seeks to link to sites containing full-text state constitutions, statutes (called codes or compiled laws in some states), legislation (bills, amendments and similar documents), session laws (bills that have become laws), and administrative rules. Updated 11/9/02.
The Internet is a good reference tool, but don't assume any information is accurate, complete or current; double-check it elsewhere before relying on it.
Check the box if you want links to open in a new window
California (For California only, session laws are called "statutes" and statutes are called "codes" to conform to California terminology)
District of Columbia
Northern Mariana Islands
U.S. Virgin Islands
Please write if a link on this page doesn't work or if a state's constitution, statutes, legislation, session laws, or administrative rules are online but are not listed here.
E-mail asking me to look things up and e-mail asking me to interpret the law won't be answered. Sorry!
This page avoids links to court decisions, federal materials, materials that are not full-text, single-topic sites (such as a state's computer laws), and materials that require fees for access.
